I ordered a pair of black trousers from Legend london. After owning 2 other pairs and knew the quality of them I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Unfortunately legend informed me that they were no stock for what I ordered but quickly rectified the issue! Amazing customer service!!

Ordered several items from Legend London, due to one of the items not fitting me I went to on their returns portal to return one of the items.

After several attempts the QR code for the returns label wouldn’t download! 1 month, 3 emails, 1 instagram message later I still haven’t heard back from this company!

Beware of your ordering from this company and want to return an item, you’ve got little to no chance!

Had an issue with my postage. Got in touch with them via email and the matter was dealt with straight away. Very impressed with the customer service would use again

Regardless of the awesome quality, their service is super fast, and very professional. 5star is the minimum i can give.

My son ordered jeans unfortunately too small so returned the item for a refund, meanwhile ordered some more. He still has not received his refund, so he emailed customer service with no reply, I have read a few cases on here that has happened to them. The return delivered to them on the 6th April over a month ago now. He has contacted PayPal and they still have not heard back from them.

Great products, fast delivery and great customer service, would definitely recommend 10/10

After two months a pair of Jeans have ripped at the seam, having raised this with the support email twice I have been ignored both times. Seeing as replies on here get more focus hopefully someone can help.

Legend London handled reclamation very well!

Order arrived fast, unfortunately the fit isn't great on me. I wanted to return but since I'm in the US, shipping it back will cost me like $32...that's ridiculous. Most other international sites I've ordered from have an easy and mostly free return policy to ship back to them. Won't be ordering from Legend again since you can't really try things on first and returning or exchanging is costly. Guess I'm forced to keep these denim shorts since it makes no sense for me to pay $32 to return them.

I have emailed your support team 4 times now about a refund I requested on the 12/04/23 and I have still not heard anything back? You seem to answer pretty quick on here so I hope to hear back from you.

I came across Legend London via a YouTube video and decided to try out the "Muscle Fit T-Shirt" that drew me in. I was not disappointed and wound up ordering one in every color - they are literally the best fitting t-shirts I've ever owned! Additionally, when I had a small hiccup with my order, the LL support team was able to quickly step in and resolve the issue. I will definitely be purchasing more in the future :)

But overall quality of the products are not great. Looks nice, but after washing it shows that the quality is not made for eternity

Im trying to exchange 3 pairs of jeans in other sizes. I have send them 3 reminders but still dont receive any response. Im reconsidering now to not exchange them but return the items and ask for a full refund. This is the 2nd time i have placed an order and sadly also the 2nd time that iexperience a bad service. Im now just waiting for a simple response.. it takes like 1min to reply.

I have been trying to exchange a couple of pairs of jeans through their exchange portal which doesn't work, i have also emailed them 15 days ago (and a couple other times since) on their customer service email: support at legendlondon dot co and I got ZERO response.

Horrible customer service, do not support this company.
